A2 top team - Panionios (11-0) added another victory to their record. This time they beat eleventh ranked Amyntas Dafnis (4-7) in Athens 60-53. Amyntas Dafnis was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a quality performance for Bosnian-British center Fahro Alihodzic (208-89, college: UAB) who led the winners and scored 19 points and 8 rebounds. Swingman Vagel Sakellariou (195-89) accounted for 15 points and 5 rebounds for the winning side. Forward Panag Koukounias (199-88) came up with 8 points and 12 rebounds and guard Thodoris Vardianos (193-78) added 8 points respectively for Amyntas Dafnis in the defeat. Amyntas Dafnis' coach Alexis Zavos rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help. The victory was the eleventh consecutive win for Panionios. Newly promoted Panionios maintains first place with 11-0 record. Amyntas Dafnis at the other side, also newcomer in the league, dropped to the tenth position with seven games lost.
