The most exciting game of round 12 in the 1st Division took place in Porvoo. This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 7th ranked Porvoon Tarmo (6-8) to first ranked Lahti (9-4) 69-67 on Saturday evening. Guest team only slightly avoided a big embarassment. It was a good game for guard Aleksanteri Ahola (185-95) who led his team to a victory with 2 points. American guard Rashad Smith (201-93, college: Tulsa) contributed with 4 points for the winners.
