Another interesting game was again a derby between two teams from Tokyo: Otsuka A. (#4) and Tokyo HT (#3). Tokyo HT was defeated at home 82-86 and even the advantage of their own court did not help. Tokyo HT was ahead by 5 points after three quarters before a 28-19 charge of Otsuka A., which allowed them to win the game. They made 20-of-26 charity shots (76.9 percent) during the game. American forward Kyle Richardson (201-91, college: Portland St.) had a double-double by scoring 32 points and 15 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and power forward Takeshi Hasegawa (196-84) chipped in 7 points and 10 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American power forward Alex Jones (206-87, college: Seattle) with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and guard Hiroya Oogane (180-89) scored 9 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists. Otsuka A. have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain fourth position with 12-8 record. Tokyo HT at the other side keeps the third place with seven games lost. Otsuka A.'s supporters look forward to another derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Tokyo to the arena Tokyo Cinq R..
