Regular Season Round 12: RC Celta - Aros Leon 59-69

LF2 top team - Aros Leon (12-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat ninth ranked Real Celta Vigo (5-7) 69-59. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Real Celta Vigo. It looked good early as Real Celta Vigo took a 3-point small lead at the end of first quarter. But then Aros Leon had a 22-13 second period charge getting the lead and Real Celta Vigo was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 59-69. Aros Leon made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was guard Andrea Alcantara (-99) who scored 23 points. Guard Patricia Benet (170-88) chipped in 20 points. At the other side the best for losing team was guard Maria Ylenia Manzanares (175-83) who recorded 5 points, 12 rebounds, 9 assists and 5 steals and American-Nigerian forward Cecilia Okoye (185-91, college: McNeese St.) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively.
