An exciting game between Top Four teams was played in Zagreb. Leader ZKK Medvescak faced 4th placed Ragusa. Host ZKK Medvescak (11-0) smashed guests from Dubrovnik (7-4) 105-47. The game without a history. ZKK Medvescak led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Ragusa to just 6 points in third quarter. ZKK Medvescak dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Ragusa's 26. ZKK Medvescak forced 30 Ragusa turnovers and outrebounded them 47-29 including a 36-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Anja Majstorovic (184-94) orchestrated the victory by scoring 21 points and 7 rebounds. International guard Iva Borovic (170-88) contributed with 24 points for the winners. Four ZKK Medvescak players scored in double figures. ZKK Medvescak's coach Braslav Turic felt very confident using 11 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Ina Marin (168-86) answered with 19 points and 6 rebounds and forward Petra Stankovic (180-91) added 13 points and 6 rebounds in the effort for Ragusa. ZKK Medvescak have an impressive series of eleven victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 11-0 record. Ragusa at the other side keeps the fourth position with four games lost. ZKK Medvescak's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Zagreb Croatia 2006.
