Regular Season Round 25: Tinguiririca S.F. - Osorno 81-84

Eleventh-ranked Tinguiririca S.F. (6-20) gave a tough game to second ranked Osorno Basquetbol (20-7) in San Fernando on Sunday. The visitors from Osorno managed to secure only three-point victory 84-81. However their fans expected much easier game. American forward Brandon Robinson (198-89, college: Clayton St.) stepped up and scored 27 points and 7 rebounds for the winners and his fellow American import center Yamene Coleman (208-86, college: Troy, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 19 points and 14 rebounds. Four Osorno Basquetbol players scored in double figures. At the losing side Argentinian power forward Juan Luis Abeiro (196-88) responded with a double-double by scoring 22 points, 14 rebounds and 5 assists and Venezuelan center Jose Juan Bravo (202-86, agency: Pro Sports) scored 22 points and 9 rebounds. Osorno Basquetbol have a solid series of three victories in a row. They keep a position of league leader, which they share with Los Leones. Tinguiririca S.F. at the other side keeps the eleventh place with 20 games lost. Osorno Basquetbol is looking forward to face Las Animas (#7) in Valdivia in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. Tinguiririca S.F. will play at home against Universidad Catolica (#12) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
