Regular Season Round 25: Bambitious Nara - Gunma 54-63

The game between Top Four teams took place in Nara. 4th placed host Bambitious Nara (7-17) lost to first ranked Gunma (18-6) 63-54. It looked good early as Bambitious Nara took a 8-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then Gunma had a 22-6 second period charge getting the lead and Bambitious Nara was not able to take back game control losing it eventually 54-63. Bambitious Nara's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Gunma maintains first place with 18-6 record, which they share with Toyotsu FE and Shimane SM. Bambitious Nara at the other side keeps the fourth position with 17 games lost. They share it with Kagawa FA and Tokyo Excel.. Gunma will play against league's leader Kumamoto V. on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Bambitious Nara will play against Iwate Big Bulls and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
