Rather expected game in Cordiba where 4th placed Utrera (5-6) was defeated by second ranked Yosiquese (9-2) 66-57 on Sunday. Utrera trailed by 11 points after 3 quarters before a 18-16 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 57-66 at the end of the game. Brazilian Rodrigo Goncalves (200-87) fired 23 points and 9 rebounds for the winners. Guard Arturo Lopez (188-92) chipped in 14 points and 5 rebounds. American forward David Atkinson (203-91, college: Salem Intern.) produced 25 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import guard Jordan Thomas (196, college: St.Mary's, KS) added 14 points respectively for lost side.
