Serie A2 top team - Bologna (11-0) managed to deliver another win. This time they beat sixth ranked Marghera (7-4) in Venezia 58-46. The game without a history. Bologna led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Marghera to just 7 points in third quarter. The winners were led by power forward Chiara Cadoni (182-94) who scored that evening 18 points and 7 rebounds and point guard Chiara Mini (165-86) supported her with 14 points. Bologna's coach Paolo Andreoli allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. Even 9 points by point guard Giulia Cecili (165-99) did not help to save the game for Marghera. Forward Carla Fabris (185-86) added 6 points and 5 rebounds.
