No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked Handlova (7-11) beat 10th ranked Nitra (2-16) in MBK Handlova 92-83 on Wednesday. Handlova looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a very good performance for the former international power forward Peter Sedmak (207-85, agency: 011 Sports) who helped to win the game recording 22 points. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Newly promoted Handlova maintains eighth place with 7-11 record. Loser Nitra keeps the tenth position with 16 games lost. Handlova will have a break next round. Nitra will play at home against Iskra Svit (#5) and hope to win that game.
