Date: December 25, 2016
Another interesting game for Kagawa FA (8-18) which played in Nagano against Shinshu BW (7-19). Fifth ranked Kagawa FA crushed hosts 96-73. The game without a history. Kagawa FA led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Kagawa FA outrebounded Shinshu BW 52-40 including 24 on the offensive glass. It was a great evening for American forward Chehales Tapscott (195-90, college: Portland St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds. Vincentian power forward Nyika Williams (203-87, college: Pacific) helped adding 10 points and 9 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Will Carter (200-88, college: San Jose St., agency: HMS) with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks and guard Furuhashi Hiroki (185-92) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds.
