Regular Season Round 27: Iwate Big Bulls - Bambitious Nara 66-82

The game between closely ranked teams ended with fifth ranked Bambitious Nara's (8-18) road victory over 6th ranked Iwate Big Bulls (6-20) 82-66 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Bambitious Nara. Iwate Big Bulls was better in fourth quarter 20-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Iwate Big Bulls 46-30 including 18 on the offensive glass. American power forward Nicchaeus Doaks (201-87, college: Chattanooga) answered with 8 points and 12 rebounds and point guard Koji Nagata (180-81) added 12 points and 4 assists in the effort for Iwate Big Bulls. Four Iwate Big Bulls players scored in double figures. Bambitious Nara moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Kagawa FA and Tokyo Excel. Loser Iwate Big Bulls keep the sixth position with 20 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
