The most important game in the last round took place in Kfar Saba between second ranked Hapoel Migd.H. (7-5) and eighth ranked Hapoel Kfar Saba (7-5) on Tuesday night. Hapoel Migd.H. was crushed by Hapoel Kfar Saba on the road 99-61. Hapoel Kfar Saba made 20-of-25 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. The best for the losing side was American-Puerto Rican Chris Gaston (201-89, college: Fordham) with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 14 rebounds and American swingman Marcus Relphorde (198-88, college: Colorado) scored 18 points and 6 rebounds. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Hapoel Kfar Saba moved-up to fourth place, which they share with defeated Hapoel Migd.H. Hapoel Kfar Saba is looking forward to face Hasharon (#10) in Hod Hasharon in the next round where they are favorite. Hapoel Migd.H. will play at home against the league's second-placed Hapoel B/S (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
