No shocking result in a game when fifth ranked Ylli (6-7) crushed 7th ranked Vellaznimi (2-12) in Suhareke 124-99 on Wednesday. The game without a history. Ylli led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 92 of its points in the paint compared to Vellaznimi's 58 and made 23-of-30 free shots (76.7 percent) during the game. They outrebounded Vellaznimi 48-26 including a 21-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Ylli looked well-organized offensively handing out 35 assists comparing to just 18 passes made by Vellaznimi's players. 26 personal fouls committed by Vellaznimi helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international center Urim Zenelaj (213-91, agency: Interperformances) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 34 points (!!!) and 19 rebounds. Center Ergin Grosha (212-93) contributed with 33 points (!!!) and 5 rebounds for the winners. Naturalized FYR Macedonian point guard Fisnik Juniku (180-89) replied with 23 points, 7 rebounds and 8 assists and forward Blendi Matoshi (196-94) added 29 points in the effort for Vellaznimi. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Vellaznimi's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Ylli maintains fifth position with 6-7 record. Loser Vellaznimi keeps the seventh place with 12 games lost.
