The game in Takamatsu was also worth to mention about. Fourth ranked Cyberdyne IR (13-15) played at the court of 5th ranked Kagawa FA (9-19). Cyberdyne IR did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 86-68. The game was mostly controlled by Cyberdyne IR. Kagawa FA was better in third quarter 19-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Kagawa FA 40-29 including 27 on the defensive glass. It was a very good performance for American power forward Rick Rickert (211-83, college: Minnesota) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 18 points and 16 rebounds. The other American import forward Xavier Ford (201-93, college: Buffalo) contributed with 15 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Cyberdyne IR players scored in double figures. American forward Chehales Tapscott (195-90, college: Portland St.) replied with 16 points and 5 rebounds and point guard Rintaro Tokunaga (177-86) added 9 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists in the effort for Kagawa FA. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Cyberdyne IR maintains fourth position with 13-15 record. Kagawa FA at the other side keeps the fifth place with 19 games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
