The former international power forward Alessandro Paesano (203-93, agency: SPORTlab Agency) chipped in 9 points and 11 rebounds. Four Montegrano players scored in double figures. Power forward Simone Zanotti (208-92) produced 16 points and 7 rebounds and guard Francesco Leucci (195-95) added 14 points respectively for the guests. They maintain first position with 12-1 record. Monteroni lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the fifteenth place with 11 games lost. Montegrano will face Matera (#6) on the road in the next round where they are favorite. Monteroni will play against the league's second-placed Bisceglie (#2) and hope to win that game.
