Leader Orzinuovi GaGa recorded the twelfth victory on Wednesday night. This time they beat 11th ranked Reggio Emilia (5-9) 73-59. Orzinuovi GaGa looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was the former international Rodolfo Valenti (198-80) who had a double-double by scoring 13 points and 14 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Orzinuovi GaGa (12-2) have an impressive six-game winning streak. They maintain first position, which they share with Bergamo. Newly promoted Reggio Emilia dropped to the tenth place with nine games lost. Orzinuovi GaGa will face San Vendemiano (#14) on the road in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Reggio Emilia will play against Cento (#3) and hope to win that game.
