We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 6th ranked Rybnik (8-7) was rolled over on the road by seventh ranked Przemysl (8-7) 89-58 on Friday. Przemysl dominated down low during the game scoring 44 of its points in the paint compared to Rybnik's 24. Przemysl forced 27 Rybnik turnovers. Grzegorz Plocica (190-80) fired 25 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Jacek Lopatowski (192-89) chipped in 23 points (on 9-of-11 shooting from the field). Forward Krzysztof Zielinski (192-82) produced 16 points and forward Adam Bialdyga (198-87) added 6 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Przemysl moved-up to sixth place, which they share with 4 other teams including defeated Rybnik. Przemysl will face league's second-placed Polonia Bytom on the road in the next round and it may be quite challenging game.
