Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. AEK Athens maintains third place with 10-3 record having just three points less than leader Olympiacos. Aris at the other side keeps the fourth position with five games lost. AEK Athens are looking forward to face Apollon Patras (#11) at home in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Aris will play against Aiolos Trikallon (#13) and is hoping to prove to their supporters that the loss was just an accident.
