Regular Season Round 13: Noorteliiga - Kalev/Cramo 59-112

Alexela KML top team - Kalev/Cramo (10-2) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed ninth ranked Noorteliiga (0-9) in Tallinn 112-59. The game was mostly controlled by Kalev/Cramo. Noorteliiga was better in third quarter 21-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Kalev/Cramo dominated down low during the game scoring 66 of its points in the paint compared to Noorteliiga's 32. Kalev/Cramo forced 21 Noorteliiga turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 31 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Noorteliiga's players. Kalev/Cramo brought some defensive toughness making 7 blocks. The former international guard Martin Dorbek (194-91) nailed 21 points and 5 assists for the winning side and the former international guard Rain Veideman (192-91) accounted for 14 points and 5 assists. Four Kalev/Cramo players scored in double figures. Point guard Ron-Arnar Pehka (185-98) came up with 26 points and Taavi Jurkatamm (201-97) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Noorteliiga in the defeat. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Kalev/Cramo have an impressive series of ten victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 10-2 record, which they share with TU/Rock.
