Very important is a road loss of second ranked Inter Bratislava (17-5) against eighth ranked Handlova (10-12) on Wednesday night. Visiting Inter Bratislava was defeated by Handlova in a tough game in MBK Handlova 86-91. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 25 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Inter Bratislava's players. Inter Bratislava was plagued by 26 personal fouls down the stretch. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Handlova moved-up to seventh place. Inter Bratislava at the other side keeps the second position with five games lost. Handlova will play against league's leader Kosice on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. Inter Bratislava will play against Iskra Svit and hopes to get back on the winning track.
