No shocking result in a game when first ranked Sesto SG (13-1) crushed 11th ranked Carugate (3-11) in Corugate 74-44 on Saturday. The game without a history. Sesto SG led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Carugate to just 7 points in third quarter. Sesto SG dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Carugate's 18. They outrebounded Carugate 34-22 including a 28-16 advantage in defensive rebounds. The former international forward Elisa Ercoli (191-95) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds.
