There was no surprise in Tampere where 9th ranked Pyrinto II (4-11) was edged by seventh ranked Porvoon Tarmo (7-9) 74-71 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 1 point at the halftime before their 24-15 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Porvoon Tarmo forced 22 Pyrinto II turnovers. Pyrinto II was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. The best player for the winners was American forward Levi Giese (206-90, college: Lafayette) who scored 24 points and 7 rebounds.
