The game in Prishtina was also quite interesting. 4th ranked Bashkimi (4-5) played at the court of sixth ranked Sigal Prishtina (3-6). Sigal Prishtina managed to secure a 6-point victory 87-81 on Tuesday. It ended at the same time the four-game winning streak of Bashkimi. The hosts trailed by 15 points at the halftime before their 34-11 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Worth to mention a great performance of Croatian power forward Nenad Delic (210-84) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists and forward Granit Rugova (198-85, college: Trinity Valley CC) who added 19 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. The best for the losing side was American forward Kayel Locke (196-94, college: NC-Greensboro) with 18 points and 9 rebounds and Montenegrin guard Nikola Korac (185-86) scored 22 points and 4 assists. Four Sigal Prishtina and five Bashkimi players scored in double figures. Defending Kosovan champion maintains sixth position in Group A with 3-6 record. Loser Bashkimi dropped to the third place with five games lost. They share the position with Kozuv and Teodo Tivat. Sigal Prishtina will meet higher ranked Kozuv (#3) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Bashkimi will play against Teodo Tivat and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
