The most exciting game of round 16 in the Eredivisie took place in Leiden. This derby game ended with only two-point defeat on the road of one of their biggest challengers Dukes UDB (8-8) to third ranked Leiden (10-6) 62-60 in the game for the third place. Leiden are looking forward to face Leeuwarden (#6) on the road in the next round. Dukes UDB will play against the league's second-placed Zwolle and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
