The guests trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 54-39 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. The best player for the winners was American swingman Austin Hollins (195-91, college: Minnesota) who scored 28 points and 8 rebounds. The other American import guard Tate Unruh (193-90, college: N.Colorado, agency: Inception Sports) chipped in 20 points. At the other side the best for losing team was Senegalese forward Papa Dia (208-87, college: SMU) who recorded 18 points and 7 rebounds and forward Eldar Skamo (198-86) added 16 points and 5 assists respectively. Four Kauhajoen Karhu and five BC Nokia players scored in double figures. Kauhajoen Karhu moved-up to fourth place. BC Nokia lost third consecutive game. They keep the eighth position with 15 games lost. They share it with Pyrinto. Kauhajoen Karhu will meet league's second-placed Salon Vilpas on the road in the next round and it may be the game of the week. BC Nokia will have a break next round.
