The game in Bydgoszcz was also worth to mention about. 6th ranked CCC Polkowice (9-7) played at the court of seventh ranked Artego Bydg. (9-6). Artego Bydg. managed to secure a 8-point victory 72-64. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of CCC Polkowice. Artego Bydg. players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Worth to mention a great performance of American Bernice Mosby (186-84, college: Baylor) who helped to win the game recording 20 points and 5 rebounds and Jamaican-American point guard Maurita Reid (172-85, college: Miami, FL) who added 8 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. At the losing side American point guard Jamierra Faulkner (168-92, college: S.Mississippi) responded with 15 points and 5 assists and her fellow American import center Isabelle Harrison (190-93, college: Tennessee) scored 9 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Artego Bydg. moved-up to fifth place. CCC Polkowice at the other side keeps the sixth position with seven games lost. They share it with AZS UMCS. Artego Bydg. will play against Basket Gdynia (#8) at home in the next round. CCC Polkowice will play against the league's second-placed Wisla Can-Pack and hopes to get back on the winning track.
