Regular Season Round 15: Szczecin - AZS Koszalin 76-65

No shocking result in a game when ninth ranked Wilki Morskie (9-7) beat 13th ranked AZS Koszalin (6-10) in Szczecin 76-65 on Sunday. Wilki Morskie made 17-of-19 free shots (89.5 percent) during the game. It was a good game for American forward Taylor Brown (200-89, college: Bradley, agency: Three Eye Sports) who led his team to a victory with 18 points and 6 rebounds (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). The former international swingman Pawel Kikowski (193-86) contributed with 17 points for the winners. American swingman Kenny Manigault (196-91, college: Pikeville) answered with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 10 rebounds and the other American import guard Curtis Millage (188-81, college: Arizona St., agency: Octagon Europe) added 14 points and 5 assists in the effort for AZS Koszalin. Both coaches used bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Wilki Morskie moved-up to sixth place, which they share with PGE Turow and Trefl Sopot. Loser AZS Koszalin keeps the thirteenth position with ten games lost. Wilki Morskie will face bottom-ranked TBV Start (#17) in Lublin in the next round which should be an easy win for them. AZS Koszalin will play at home against Krosno (#4) and hope to win that game.
