Very predictable result when eleventh ranked Udine APU (8-10) won against on the road 16th ranked Recanati (3-15) 84-68 on Sunday. They outrebounded Recanati 44-31 including 29 on the defensive glass. Recanati was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. It was a good game for Nigerian-American swingman Stan Okoye (198-91, college: VMI) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists. American guard Allan Ray (188-84, college: Villanova) contributed with 30 points (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line) for the winners.
