Very predictable result when fourth ranked Hapoel Jerusalem (10-7) defeated at home 11th ranked Maccabi Ashdod (5-12) 75-67 on Thursday. The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Worth to mention a great performance of American power forward Travis Peterson (208-85, college: Samford) who helped to win the game recording 12 points and 8 rebounds and the other American import swingman Tarence Kinsey (202-84, college: S.Carolina) who added 15 points during the contest.
