An interesting game for Argon Uni Girona (15-2) which played road game in Vitoria-Gasteiz against 4th placed Araski (9-8). Second ranked Argon Uni Girona had an easy win 80-57. The game without a history. Argon Uni Girona led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Argon Uni Girona outrebounded Araski 38-22 including a 24-13 advantage in defensive rebounds. Argon Uni Girona have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They maintain second place with 15-2 record behind leader Avenida. Araski lost third consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the fourth position with eight games lost. They share it with 3 other teams. Argon Uni Girona are looking forward to face bottom-ranked Gran Canaria (#14) in Las Palmas in the next round which should be another easy win for them.
