We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams in Valencia where 9th ranked L Alfas (5-9) was defeated by tenth ranked Almassera (2-13) 71-66 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was point guard Joaquin Rodenas (186-90) who scored 21 points and 4 assists. Forward Matias Boho (193-96) chipped in 9 points and 10 rebounds. Point guard Jaime Ivars (186-94) produced 14 points and American Jalen Nesbitt (198, college: N.Florida) added 12 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Almassera maintains tenth place in Group E with 2-13 record. Loser L Alfas keeps the ninth position with nine games lost.
