An interesting game for Etzella (6-8) which hosted in Ettelbruck AB Contern (8-6). Etzella had an easy win 78-52. Etzella shot the lights out from three sinking 14 long-distance shots on high 53.8 percentage. It was a good game for Swedish guard Stefanie Yderstrom (173-90, college: Miami, FL) who led her team to a victory with 26 points. International swingman Ana Petrova (170-82) contributed with 16 points for the winners. Julie Mangen (163-98) replied with 11 points and 5 rebounds and guard Noemie Hoffmann (176-96) added 8 points in the effort for AB Contern. AB Contern's coach Louis Wennig gave up on the game allowing to play eleven players seeing no chance for a win. Despite that victory Etzella went down to fourth position due to points difference. AB Contern lost third consecutive game. They still keep top place with six games lost.
