No shocking result in a game when third ranked the Bahamas (6-3) beat at home 5th ranked Stingers (8-4) 94-87 on Monday. They outrebounded Stingers 53-35 including a 24-9 advantage in offensive rebounds. The winners were led by Justin Smith who scored that evening 24 points and 9 rebounds and Kemsy Sylvestre supported him with 19 points, 10 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals. Even 16 points and 7 rebounds by Anthony Whylly did not help to save the game for Stingers. Randy Williams added 17 points and 4 steals. Five the Bahamas and four Stingers players scored in double figures. Despite that victory the Bahamas went down to sixth position due to points difference. Loser Stingers dropped to the third place with four games lost. They share the position with Shockers. the Bahamas will meet Pros (#9) in the next round. Stingers will play against the league's second-placed Giants (#2) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
