There was a minor upset when 4th ranked CA Platense (12-10) lost to seventh ranked Gimnasia LP (5-18) in Florida 73-77 on Tuesday. The guests trailed by 10 points after first quarter, but they rallied back and won the game by 4 points. It was a good game for Juan Lancieri (190-95) who led his team to a victory with 31 points and 5 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field). Point guard Leonardo La Bella (180-86) contributed with 17 points and 5 assists for the winners. Guard Felipe Pais (185-90) replied with 28 points and 5 rebounds and center Dario Mansilla (207-82) added 10 points in the effort for CA Platense. Gimnasia LP maintains seventh position with 5-18 record. Loser CA Platense dropped to the third place with ten games lost.
