Very predictable result in Valencia where third ranked C.Adelantados (13-5) outscored 9th ranked Picken Claret (6-11) 73-49 on Thursday. The game was mostly controlled by C.Adelantados. Picken Claret was better in fourth quarter 16-11. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. C.Adelantados forced 20 Picken Claret turnovers. The best player for the winners was power forward Veronica Matoso (185-88) who had a double-double by scoring 17 points and 14 rebounds. American guard Tyonna Outland (173-92, college: CSU Bakersfield) chipped in 12 points, 7 rebounds and 5 assists. Five C.Adelantados players scored in double figures. Forward Marta Rabassa (178-94) produced 10 points and 7 rebounds and guard Laura Chahrour (172-95, agency: Josep and Nicolas) added 10 points and 6 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
