Regular Season Round 19: Moron - Zamorano 75-57

Date: February 4, 2017
Very predictable result in MorĂ³n de la Frontera where seventh ranked Moron (11-8) defeated bottom-ranked Zamorano (5-14) 75-57. Worth to mention a great performance of Nigerian-American center Olajide Keshinro (203-90, college: Mercy, agency: Duran International) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds. American guard Tyler Gaffaney (193-92, college: Claremont-Mudd) contributed with 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Gaffaney is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. American guard Chris Hansen (193-93, college: Idaho St.) answered with 21 points and 6 rebounds and French point guard Sango Niang (183-93, college: Simon Fraser) added 10 points and 4 assists in the effort for Zamorano. Zamorano's coach Saulo Hernandez tested twelve players seeing no chance for a win. Moron moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Alcazar. Newly promoted Zamorano stay at the bottom position with 14 games lost. Moron's next round opponent will be Blancos de Rueda (#9) in Valladolid. Zamorano will play at home against Meridiano Alicante (#3) and hope to win that game.
