Regular Season Round 25: BHY Tiro Federal - Villa Angela 63-65

Fifth-ranked BHY Tiro Federal (9-14) gave a tough game to third ranked Villa Angela (14-9) in Morteros on Friday. The visitors from Villa Angela managed to secure only two-point victory 65-63. However their fans expected easier game. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But BHY Tiro Federal won fourth quarter 16-12. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Villa Angela made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Villa Angela outrebounded BHY Tiro Federal 42-29 including 34 on the defensive glass. BHY Tiro Federal was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Villa Angela maintains third place with 14-9 record having just three points less than leader Union SF. BHY Tiro Federal lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the fourth position with 14 games lost. Villa Angela will face Sportivo (#6) in Las Parejas in the next round. BHY Tiro Federal will play again on the road against Villa Angela in Villa Angela and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
