Superleague top team - Dinamo Tbilisi (16-0) added another victory to their record on Friday. This time they beat fifth ranked Batumi (6-10) 81-74. The game without a history. Dinamo Tbilisi led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 19-of-24 free shots (79.2 percent) during the game. Strangely Batumi outrebounded Dinamo Tbilisi 40-25 including 28 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The former international Mikheil Berishvili (204-87) fired 25 points for the winners. American guard Deonta Vaughn (185-86, college: Cincinnati, agency: Interperformances) chipped in 10 points and 6 assists. International Besik Lezhava (192-86, agency: Octagon Europe) produced 19 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists (made all of his seven free throws) and American center Chris Pelcher (208-91, college: New Hampshire) added 16 points and 12 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four Batumi players scored in double figures. Dinamo Tbilisi have an impressive 16-game winning streak. They maintain first position with 16-0 record. Batumi lost fifth consecutive game. They keep the fifth place with ten games lost. They share the position with Cactus Tbilisi.
