Regular Season Round 18: Roanne - Evreux 95-65

Everything could happen at the game between two tied teams. Both tenth ranked Chorale de Roanne and 12th ranked ALM Evreux had identical 8-9 record. This time Chorale de Roanne used a home court advantage and rolled over the opponent from Evreux 95-65 on Friday night. The game was mostly controlled by Chorale de Roanne. ALM Evreux was better in second period 17-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. It was a great shooting night for Chorale de Roanne especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. The best for the losing side was American guard Caleb Walker (194-89, college: Nebraska) with 9 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists and naturalized Ivorian forward Remi Dibo (201-91, college: W.Virginia, agency: Octagon Europe) scored 11 points and 5 rebounds. Chorale de Roanne have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to seventh place, which they share with Blois and Denain. Loser ALM Evreux dropped to the tenth position with ten games lost. Chorale de Roanne will face Boulazac Basket (#10) on the road in the next round. ALM Evreux will play against Aix-Maurienne and hope to win that game.
