Even 20 points and 5 rebounds by guard Rafael Castellon (192-85) did not help to save the game for Liga Sorocaba. Argentinian point guard Enzo Cafferata (187-88) added 10 points and 4 assists for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Minas moved-up to tenth place, which they share with Paulistano. Liga Sorocaba lost eighth consecutive game. They keep the thirteenth position with 15 games lost. Minas will play against Paulistano (#10) in Sao Paolo in the next round. Liga Sorocaba will play on the road against the league's leader Brasilia and will have a slim chance for a victory.
