Regular Season Round 3: Cathay Life - Chunghua T. 61-65

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Cathay Life (7-2) against Chunghwa Telecom on Tuesday night. Chunghwa Telecom were defeated by Chunghwa Telecom (4-5) 65-61. It was a good game for forward Hsiang-Ting Huang (180-93) who led her team to a victory with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Guard Hong-Ying Huang (165-89) contributed with 13 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Chunghwa Telecom's coach Ke-Meng Yi used a ten-player rotation in such tough game. Guard Yi-Hsiu Cheng (178-93) answered with 14 points and 8 rebounds and the former international forward Yu-Ting Lin (183-94) added 13 points in the effort for Cathay Life. Chunghwa Telecom are looking forward to face Taiyuan Textile in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Cathay Life will play again against Chunghwa Telecom and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
