Regular Season Round 3: Chunghua T. - Taipower 47-51

Very important is a loss of Chunghwa Telecom (4-5) against Taipower (1-8) on Wednesday night. Chunghwa Telecom was defeated by Taipower in a tough game 47-51. The best player for the winners was the former international center Chi-Wen Lin (186-83) who had a double-double by scoring 12 points and 12 rebounds. International forward Yu-Chun Wei (173-92) chipped in 19 points. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international power forward Li-Yun Wang (176-85) who recorded 12 points and 7 rebounds and forward Hsiang-Ting Huang (180-93) added 13 points respectively. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game. Taipower's next round opponent will be Taiyuan Textile and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Chunghwa Telecom will play against Cathay Life and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
