No shocking result in a game in Parana where first ranked San Lorenzo (25-9) defeated 10th ranked Echague (6-28) 85-74 on Friday. The guests trailed by 7 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 12-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 85-74. It was a great shooting night for San Lorenzo especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 52.6 percentage. Echague was plagued by 25 personal fouls down the stretch. International forward Gabriel Deck (199-95) fired 27 points for the winners. The former international forward Carlos-Matias Sandes (201-84) chipped in 15 points and 9 rebounds. Sebastian Uranga (200-89) produced a double-double by scoring 11 points and 12 rebounds and Panamanian forward Josimar Ayarza (205-87, college: S.Mississippi) added 18 points and 5 rebounds respectively for lost side. Four San Lorenzo and five Echague players scored in double figures. Defending champion maintains first position with 25-9 record, which they share with San Martin C. Echague lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the tenth place with 28 games lost. San Lorenzo will face league's second-placed Ferrocarril in Buenos Aires in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Echague will play on the road against Olimpico de La Banda (#7) and hope to win that game.
