Regular Season Round 20: Real Madrid II - La Roda 83-72

Everything went according to plan when third ranked Real Madrid II (15-5) won against at home 5th ranked La Roda (13-7) 83-72 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by Real Madrid II. La Roda was better in fourth quarter 25-24. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The best player for the winners was forward Javier Salson (199-82, college: Bloomfield, agency: Duran International) who scored 18 points and 9 rebounds. Uruguayan-Greek forward Maximiliano Sole (198-88, agency: Duran International) chipped in 18 points (was perfect 9-for-9 from the free throw line !!!). Real Madrid II's coach Javier Juarez used a ten-player rotation saving starting five for next games. Point guard Arturo Fernandez (182-90) produced 14 points and 7 assists and forward Norman Rey (203-87) added 17 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the guests.
