At the losing side American forward DeAndre Daniels (206-92, college: Connecticut) responded with 12 points and 8 rebounds and swingman Alessandro Amici (200-91) scored 11 points and 6 rebounds. Verona moved-up to ninth place in A2. Loser Mantova dropped to the seventh position with ten games lost. Verona will face Udine APU (#11) on the road in the next round.
