There was no surprise when 16th ranked Iseo (5-16) was defeated at home by fourth ranked Cento (15-6) 67-51 on Saturday. The best player for the winners was naturalized Argentinian guard Adrian Chiera (190-94, agency: Interperformances) who scored 13 points and 5 assists. Forward Luca Pignatti (198-86) chipped in 7 points and 10 rebounds. At the other side the best for losing team was Gianluigi Prestini (200-89, agency: Octagon Europe) who recorded a double-double by scoring 12 points and 11 rebounds and swingman Giovanni Veronesi (192-98) added 11 points respectively. They have a solid series of three victories in a row. Cento maintains fourth place in B with 15-6 record. Newly promoted Iseo keeps the sixteenth position with 16 games lost. Cento will face league's leader Orzinuovi GaGa at home in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Iseo will play against Sestu (#13) and hope to win that game.
