No shocking result in a game when fourteenth ranked Jilin Tigers (14-24) defeated on the road 18th ranked Jiangsu TX (8-30) 106-89 on Sunday. Jilin Tigers made 23-of-27 free shots (85.2 percent) during the game. The best player for the winners was American swingman Jabari Brown (193-92, college: Missouri) who scored 50 points (!!!), 7 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 steals. Forward Biao Zhang (201-90) chipped in 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Jilin Tigers players scored in double figures. Jordanian forward Zaid Abbas (203-83) produced a double-double by scoring 43 points (!!!), 19 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international center ZhengDong Zhengdong (213-82) added 9 points and 12 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. Jilin Tigers maintains fourteenth position with 14-24 record. Jiangsu TX lost sixth consecutive game.
