Very predictable result in Barcelona where first ranked Calvia (13-4) beat 11th ranked Barna (6-11) 71-59 on Sunday. The guests trailed by 3 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 71-59. The best player for the winners was power forward Jose-Maria Morales (205-89) who had a double-double by scoring 24 points and 11 rebounds. Forward Ivan Matemalas (194-80) chipped in 19 points. Guard Victor Pla (187-87) produced 11 points and 5 rebounds and guard Bartu Martinez (187-91) added 12 points respectively for the hosts. Barna's coach Fabian Tellez rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Calvia have an impressive five-game winning streak. Newly promoted Calvia maintains first position in Group C-A with 13-4 record. Barna lost fourth consecutive game.
