Everything went according to plan in Tarnobrzeg where twelfth ranked Polpharma (11-11) won against bottom-ranked Stabill (3-19) 77-62 on Monday. The best player for the winners was Lithuanian center Martynas Sajus (208-96) who scored 20 points and 7 rebounds (on 7-of-9 shooting from the field). American point guard Anthony Miles (185-89, college: Lamar) chipped in 20 points. Four Polpharma players scored in double figures. Polpharma's coach Mindaugas Budzinauskas used a ten-player rotation and allowed the starting five to rest. American Travis Releford (198-90, college: Kansas) produced 19 points and his fellow American import forward Alex Welsh (200-94, college: Colorado Springs) added 15 points and 5 rebounds respectively for the hosts.
